My son and I stayed here for a long weekend to attend several music shows that were happening in the surrounding area, and the first thing he said when we walked in was, “This is the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at.” He wasn’t kidding! It was very clean, very cozy, and we felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are visiting the city!

Wanda and Eva have you set up with everything you could need in this Airbnb! First, it is impeccably clean, organized and very comfortable. Nicely decorated, light, airy and bright with earthy modern tile in the kitchen and bath. The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything including a nutribullet mixer and a rice cooker. Great appliances and the ice maker even has 2 kinds of fun ice perfect for making cocktails. There are also plenty of good quality toiletries in the bathroom. TVs are all easy to use and in every bedroom. Private parking space was a huge perk too! This place is in walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars in Roscoe village along with the two grocery stores across the street. Also, a new find for us just a quick Uber away was Trickery in Boystown. Lots of fun! Hosts were wonderful! Super nice, very clear directions for everything and easy check in and out!

the apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. couldn't of asked for a better location. it was very clean and easy to get in the doors. the beds were very comfortable in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this place.

We all enjoyed staying at Eva‘s place! The location was perfect for us and we loved each having our own rooms. It was great having such a large kitchen and living room for us to hang out together. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay with a large group. Convenient to get to around Chicago and uniquely set up to accommodate many guests and allow people their own space but also a perfect communal area to bring the group together. Would recommend

They were amazing host the house was beautiful it looked exactly like the pictures and it was perfect for my family and I. There were grocery stores and food around the area (walking distance). The host gave us clear instructions on what to do when we arrived and when it was time to checkoit and even checked in on us after we checked in and throughout our stay. I definitely would book again when traveling back to Chicago!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb! It was wonderful and clean. The layout was fantastic for our big group. Eva was incredibly responsive and provided helpful instructions at the start and end of the trip. The area has many activities within walking distance, such as restaurants, bars, stores, and shops. Would highly recommend!

The place was great! and the location is perfect, its a couple minutes away from the city but still a very peaceful area. it was very clean and spacious, the only problem was that the living room area TV kept on setting off the noice detector but we communicated the situation with the host and was understanding.

I had a great stay here!! Everything was as described and pictured! I enjoyed the lounge and kitchen area downstairs. Has everything you could ask for! My bedroom had access to the back porch so I could enjoy access to the outsd area since it was nicer weather during my stay! Bed was super comfy and large as was the bathroom ! Spacious/clean/comfy/great neighborhood / come and go as you please! Can’t say enough great things and look forward to my next stay there!!
