Other Details to Note
There is a tenant who resides at the lower level apartment of the home that shares a furnace with this unit. Due to this, the thermostat is locked to 68-75 degrees to ensure adequate heat and air conditioning is ventilated to the lower level at all times. We require a $100 security deposit be placed on file through our property management software, Hospitable. The deposit will be witheld 2 days before arrival, and will be released 2 days after the completion of your stay if no damages are reported.

Guest Access
This is a 1st floor unit in a residential building (see picture of the exterior of the home for a visual). You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. In addition, you have access to a private entrance through our garage. We utilize the garage space to park our cars, retrieve our packages, etc, yet the majority of the time it is a guest entrance.
