The lot fits 3 compact/mid-size vehicles, OR 2 larger SUV vehicles with the middle spot allowing for easy entry/exit of your vehicles or to allow for accessible parking. Security Deposit 🛅 * A $1,000 security deposit will be collected 2 days prior to your arrival and released 2 days after the completion of your stay if no damages are noted. Use of the security deposit can include unapproved late check-outs, damage to linens, towels, furniture or any other host provided materials, unannounced extra guests, etc. Required Age to Book 🔞 * The primary booking guest must be 21+ years of age or older, and ID verification will be completed prior to obtaining a secured reservation.
