The Iris Inn is a three-story building with about 20 steps to reach each floor and no elevator on site. The property includes 6 private double room guest suites, and the kitchen, lounges, workspace, onsite mart, and other common areas are shared with fellow guests. We have 2 paid onsite parking spots available by reservation. If reserved parking is important for your stay, please be sure to book parking at the time of your reservation to guarantee availability. Free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood as well. We require a $100 security deposit be placed on file through our property management software, Hospitable. The deposit will be witheld 2 days before arrival, and will be released 2 days after the completion of your stay if no damages are reported.
