Please note that this is a top floor unit and requires climbing two sets of stairs at both the front and back entryways. We require a $100 security deposit be placed on file through our property management software, Hospitable. The deposit will be witheld 2 days before arrival, and will be released 2 days after the completion of your stay if no damages are reported.

We are in a prime location for accessing public transportation to get around the entire city! -We are located directly on Western Ave. Our location allows direct route access to the Western Brown Line Station (1.2 miles away going North) which allows for transfers and Chicago Loop Access. In addition, we are (2.5 miles away going South) to the Western Ave. blue line station. No need to ride multiple buses to access a transit station. -We are about a 3-minute walk (1 block) from the Western and Addison bus stop which takes you directly to Wrigley Field on just 1 bus.
